Welcome to ‘Be Klutter Free With Katie’. I am Katie, Mum and Wifelet to Joseph and Martin. I absolutely love sorting and organising, that’s why I have set up my own professional organising business. Fully trained by the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO), I offer a completely confidential and non judgemental decluttering and organising service in South Wales.

Decluttering and Organising your Home or Office with Katie

Decluttering can make you feel exhausted, overwhelmed and for some, even anxious. Getting rid of clutter and organising your belongings to fit in with your lifestyle and the way you move about your home or office can work wonders for your mind and be a great time saver too! No more stress searching for that particular hand bag you like, or a pen to write that letter. Working together we can declutter, tidy and re-organise. Whether it be your kitchen cabinets, your wardrobe and drawers or your office space, I am here to help. I will talk through how you live in your home or work in your office, how I can utilize your space, and most importantly what you would like to achieve. Everything will be dealt with on a strictly private and confidential basis.


THIS SERVICE IS £30 PER HOUR (MINIMUM OF THREE HOURS)

Help Moving Home with Katie 

Moving house is an opportunity for you to have a good clear out. You may need to declutter before or during the moving process or would like tips on how to organise your new home to make it work for you and your new space.

I can work with you during the entire moving house project, from packing to unpacking and organisation.


THIS SERVICE IS £30 PER HOUR (MINIMUM OF THREE HOURS)

Virtual Decluttering and Organising Support with Katie 

I don’t need to be with you in person to help you tackle those projects you have been putting off. Piles of paperwork, a room that has become a dumping ground. A cluttered kitchen etc. I’ll give you a clear, simple process for decluttering these areas and will talk you through it, including where to store decluttered items until disposal can be arranged. Plus we will talk through easy to maintain habits and systems. Everything in your home should have it’s place and with the correct routines, I promise, it’s possible. I can work with you to create customised routines which work for you & your family and help to; increase productivity, beautifully arrange your home, simplify your day and make you feel calm and in control.


Virtual Decluttering & Organising can take place in the form of one-off sessions lasting 40 minutes or a series of sessions. The great thing is that these calls can take place on evenings and weekends as well as during the day, offering you complete flexibility. The content of them is agreed after a free comprehensive initial assessment and is completely bespoke to you. Every session includes follow up email to summarise the discussion and outline the action points.


THIS SERVICE IS £20 PER 40 MINUTE SESSION

Katie was a real godsend, I was despairing of my cluttered cupboards and not being able to find anything! Katie came to the rescue and was consistently efficient and organised my house so much so its become my home again. Katie is great fun to work with and it was a real pleasure to have her in my home.  She was profesional non judgemental and has motivated me to keep on top of things. Katie is amazing at what she does. From the moment I met her, I felt comfortable and at ease having her in my home and helping me with my things. I find organisation challenging due to ADD and mental health issues but Katie has been a huge help in providing me with clear structure and methods for organisation and has also helped me with packing for a house move (which is making this move so much less stressful than my last). Katie fits a lot into a few hours and in my opinion, it is so worth it for the impact of her brilliant work. I have enjoyed my home a lot more since her visits and no longer feel overwhelmed and exhausted by disorganised clutter and chaos.
